Move It is giving away flight tickets to local and international destinations for booking ride on the app! 

• Promo Period: March 15, 2024 to April 15, 2024

• Eligibility:

1. 1. • This promo is open to all existing and new users of Move It. 
      • Users must be eighteen (18) years old and above to be eligible to win.

• Promo Mechanics:

1. 1. • To qualify for the promo, users must complete a number of rides booked through the Move It during the promo period.
      • Only completed rides will be counted. Attempted bookings will not be qualified.
      • There is no minimum distance or fare required per ride to qualify.
      • There is no limit to the number of rides a user can complete per day.
      • Eligible to serviceable areas of Move It only: Metro Manila, Cebu and CDO
      • There will be a weekly SMS to eligible users on their current count of eligible rides. 

• Prizes:

1. • Grand Prize (2 Winner): P100,000 worth of travel International flight tickets will be raffled off to users who completed (60) rides during the promo period.

1. Users who have at least 60 rides during the promo period are eligible to a raffle draw to win flight tickets to international destinations Ho Chi Minh, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Taipei, Bangkok, Fukuoka, Sydney, and Seoul

• Raffle Prize (5 Winners): P20,000 worth of travel vouchers for local flights will be raffled off to users who complete at least thirty (30) rides during the promo period.
  1. Users who have at least 30 rides during the promo period are eligible to a raffle draw to win flight tickets to local destinations. 
• A customer can only win once. If a name were to be drawn more than once on a draw date. The winner of the grand prize is not eligible to win the raffle prize. 

• Flight Details

1. •  Valid for selected destinations only: Ho Chi Minh, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Taipei, Bangkok, Fukuoka, Sydney, and Seoul (Incheon)

1. With 20kg check-in baggage allowance per way
2. Inclusive of Government Taxes and Fees
3. Status is Subject to Positive Space Must Ride (PSMR) priority
4. Subject to flight availability
5. Tickets are valid for travel until December 31, 2024; the request must be processed at least fourteen (14) working days before travel. Strictly no extension on the validity of the flight vouchers.
6. In the event of force majeure, or no current operations on a particular route, CEB may not be held accountable for the cancellation of flights or the inability to issue flight vouchers.
7. Not valid for travel during the airline’s embargo periods, which may be subject to change. Embargo dates are available upon request.
8. Once ticketed out, changes to booking will incur applicable fees. Final and complete passenger names and details must be provided.
9. Not for re-selling purposes.
10. Transferable to another passenger/s nominated by the grantee (before being ticketed out by Move It). Cebu Pacific will be issuing the tickets to one point person to Move It for further distribution and forward handling to the grantees and/or nominated passengers of the grantees. Once the winner confirms details to Move It, it will be considered final and not transferable.
11. Travel documents and other travel-related expenses shall be covered by the passengers/winners

1. Terms and condition for the Local flight
   Valid for selected destinations only: Cebu, Davao, Cagayan De Oro, Bacolod, Bohol, Dumaguete, Roxas, Zamboanga, Manila
   1. Voucher Value and Usage:
      1. This voucher is worth twenty thousand pesos (₱20,000) and can be used towards the purchase of domestic flights operated by Cebu Pacific Airlines within the Philippines.
      2. To redeem, winners will be reached out via SMS and email and send a form they can fill up with their travel details. 
      3. The specific redemption process will be provided by a Move It representative upon contacting them.
      4. Winners are responsible for any additional charges exceeding the voucher value.
      5. The voucher has a valid until December 31, 2024
   2. Modifications and Cancellations:
      1. Any changes or cancellations made to the flight booking using the voucher may incur additional fees as per Cebu Pacific Airlines’ standard policies.
      2. Winners are responsible for contacting Cebu Pacific Airlines directly for any booking modifications or cancellations.
   3. Miscellaneous:
      1. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services.
      2. This voucher is non-transferable.
      3. Move It reserves the right to cancel or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice but with the concurrence of DTI.
2. Redemption will be assisted by a Move It representative. 

• Raffle Draw:

1. 1. • The raffle draw will be held on April 16, 2024, 3PM in the presence of a DTI representative.
      • Winners will be announced on the same day.

• Claiming of Prizes

1. 1. • Once winners are selected, they will be lead to a form where they can fill up their preferred destination, date and time.

      • Winners Shall be notified via mail, email, SMS from a Move It representative. A Move It representative will also call the winner to inform them on how to redeem their prizes. 
      • Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor of Move It with prior approval of DTI. 
      • To claim the prize, winners must present a government-issued ID with the mail and Email, SMS notifying that they have won the prize. 
      • If claiming through an authorized representative, please send an authorization letter via email and a government-issued ID of the authorized representative. Both the government-issued ID and authorization letter should be presented when claiming the prize. 
      • Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by WE-LOAD TRANSCARGO CORPORATION

• General Terms and Conditions:

1. • Should there be any disputes, Move It’s decision shall prevail with the concurrence of DTI.
   • All employees of Move It, their agencies, merchants and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
   • These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines and any dispute arising out of or in connection with promotion shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of the Philippines.
