Move it is a service built on trust. Our ability to guarantee safety and security during all our deliveries, rides and services is paramount. That is why Users and Participating-Providers alike can use Move It knowing that they are in good hands. We understand that trust is a key part to every community.  Without trust, there is no community. Therefore, we have implemented the following rules when it comes to safety and insurance.

Safety

Move it is dedicated to keeping people safe on the road. Our technology enables us to focus on rider safety before, during, and after every trip. Here’s how; 

We interview, train and register every provider that works in the system.  We require the submission of their Valid ID with Photo, NBI Clearance, Police Clearance and Barangay Clearance.  We also secure a copy of their Driver’s License, vehicle registration, plate number and photos. We follow the ratings clients give to each driver.   

As a passenger, you can share your trip details with family and friends.  In the app, there is also an emergency button, to call for help during any point of the ride.   

Safe pickups
The Move it app automatically finds your location to provide door-to-door service. That means you stay safe and comfortable wherever you are until your provider arrives. 

Open to everyone, everywhere
All service requests are blindly matched with the closest available provider. So there is no discrimination.

Provider’s profiles
When you’re matched with a provider you will see their name, photo, rating and plate number (for delivery/rides)—so you know who will be your provider ahead of time.

Anonymous feedback
After every service, you can rate the provider and give anonymous feedback about your experience. We review all feedback because our goal is to make every service a great experience. 

24/7 support
Our support team is always ready to respond to any questions you may have.

Rapid response
Our specially-trained incident response teams are available around the clock to handle any urgent concerns that arise. 

Insurance

At Move It, we only want drivers who are professional and serious about driving.  That’s why all drivers are required to carry their own Commercial Auto Insurance.  This protects both the rider and the driver in the event of an unexpected accident.

Kasama na rito ang pag-popost nito sa Social Media. Halimbawa nito ang pagkumento ng “Ang taba mo naman” o “Ang sexy mo naman” sa anumang anyo verbal o text man.
