The Safety Training Certified Seal of Move It is a pledge to our passengers. It is our way of showcasing our commitment to improving our safety platforms. This seal serves as a badge given to those who have accomplished a series of rigorous assessments to become a Move It driver.

Earning this seal signifies that these drivers are not only skilled and trustworthy but also embody the highest standards of professionalism and respect. It’s a reminder for these drivers that they have been entrusted by Move It. Ensuring every ride is safe on the road down to how they treat their passengers.

How do our Drivers become Safety Training Certified? Safety is a priority in Move It. To achieve this, we have always been serious about how we implement a comprehensive process that drivers must follow to get Safety Training Certified:

	Complete Background Check: Every Move It driver must secure an updated NBI Clearance to ensure a clean criminal record. If flagged with red-tag or with HIT, we conduct an in-depth background check via CIBI. We also verify each driver’s license for validity.
	Driving Vehicle and Skills Assessment: Every Move It driver undergoes a thorough vehicle assessment. This includes ensuring motorcycles are under 5 years old, have functional white lights, a top-bar, legally registered plates, and passenger foot-pegs. Additionally, drivers must pass a skills test on various tracks, proving their ability to handle narrow and wide roads, bumps, and precise maneuvers.
	Regular Compliance for Driver Safety Guidelines: Drivers are oriented on how to create a secure and safe ride every day through our face-to-face safety seminars that cover essential topics. These include road safety, defensive driving techniques, emergency hotlines for unexpected situations, traffic rules and regulations, and customer service. Drivers are trained to avoid using mobile phones while driving, refrain from talking to passengers while in transit, respect passengers by not asking for excessive personal information, and politely ask for directions if lost.

These processes uphold the highest safety standards our brand has always been implementing. Our goal is to safeguard our passengers and hold our drivers accountable for our service integrity.

A: No. All our Move It drivers have gone through Safety training to ensure all our passengers have a safe ride. It may just take some time for us to distribute our Safety Seals to all our Move It drivers. Thank you for your patience!

Q: The driver has a Safety Training Certified Seal, but he was driving recklessly.
A: We sincerely apologize for this experience. This was not the service we promised and we have a zero-tolerance policy towards this behavior most especially now that we have implemented our Safety Training Certified Seal. With every ride you book with MOVE IT, we want to prioritize your safety above everything else. To ensure that you have a smooth and secure experience, here are some essential safety reminders to keep in mind:

Before the Ride
1. Verify Your Ride:
  1. Always check the vehicle details and driver’s information provided in the app before getting into the Mototaxi. Ensure the license plate number, model, and driver match what’s shown in your booking details.
2. Choose Safe Pick-Up and Drop-Off Locations:
  1. Opt for well-lit, populated areas for pick-up and drop-off points, especially during nighttime. Avoid isolated spots to ensure your safety.
3. Ensure you are dressed appropriately and wear the gear properly
  1. Wear your hair cap offered by our drivers and ensure your helmet is properly locked. Don’t wear slippers or loose clothing.
4. Do not book if are any of the following:
  1. Drunk
  2. Sleepy
  3. Epileptic
  4. Pregnant
  5. Have a heart condition
5. Make sure the motorcycle can support your weight and any items you may be bringing
6. Alight on the left side of the vehicle to prevent muffler burns.
On the Ride
1. Keep Your Personal Information Private:
  1. Do not share personal details like your phone number or home address with the driver. Use the in-app messaging feature for communication if necessary.
2. Stay Alert and Aware:
  1. Keep an eye on your route using the Move It app. If you notice any deviations or if the driver is acting suspiciously, do not hesitate to alert the authorities or use the emergency button in the app.

After the Ride
1. Feedback and Reporting:
